Design company pages

Open Microsoft PowerPoint and begin designing your company home page.

First Step:

Open PowerPoint

Next, what kinds of elements should be placed on a company home page?

Company Name with Graphic Design/Logo
"We are..." or "Our company..." statement that include one or more sentences about your company (maybe start off with welcome, we at Fashion Spot specialize in... or... Who we are... or Why we are better... or What if...
Slogan/Motto .... "Building a Tradition of Excellence" .... see examples: company slogans
Street Address

City, State and Zip

Note: The street Address, City, State, and Zip should be found together on the page and be properly Capitalized and punctuated.

Example: 1562 Main Street
San Diego, CA 90210

Phone Number
Owners Name with your title: Ex: Roderick Hames, Owner (This can be placed in the bottom of the slide with a very small font - just large enough I can read so I can credit your grade for your work)
(Optional) You may include some product sample graphics you sale.

Most all the information you provide is made up with the exception of the City and State.

Visit some of your competitor's websites to see what they have put on their site.

Questions to ask yourself... Did you use a unique Font? Did you leave some white space on the page? Did you use too many colors? Just how realistic does your home page look?

Okay... so what is left to do to finish the website???

Here is a list of our assignments and the order that we are completing them.

Admongo

This is a great site to help consumers learn about advertising and how it relates to who created the ad, what the ad is actually saying, and what does the ad want the consumer to do.
